Footage captures flames coming from Frontier flight upon landing in Las Vegas


A Frontier flight from San Diego to Las Vegas made a hard landing at Harry Reid International Airport after reports of smoke in the cockpit. Flames were seen coming from underneath the aircraft during the emergency landing, but all passengers and crew were safely evacuated. The incident occurred at approximately 4:20 p.m. local time, and a ground stop was in place until 7 p.m. The cause of the incident is under investigation by the FAA. Video footage of the landing shows the plane rolling on the tarmac with flames and smoke near its wheels, with fire trucks spraying the aircraft to extinguish the fire.
