ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – In a challenging outing on Saturday, San José State suffered a significant 19-3 defeat against New Mexico at Santa Ana Star Field, marking their second game in a three-game series. The game was halted after seven innings.

Jeriah Lewis shone amidst the team’s struggles, hitting a two-RBI triple, bringing his season total to a leading 29 RBIs.
