As the 2025 season unfolds, standout players have made remarkable strides, leading key statistical categories such as home runs, RBIs, batting average, and hits.
Top of the list is Valles, who leads the state with an impressive 20 home runs while batting .543, contributing 50 RBIs and scoring 45 runs for the undefeated Hawks at 25-0. Close behind is Betancourt, boasting 15 home runs and a .548 average, firmly establishing her presence in the lineup.
Ortiz, a standout sophomore, has also caught attention with 14 home runs and a state-high in RBIs (53) while batting .589 for the 19-7 Indians. Cardenas shines for the 14-11-1 Jaguars, hitting .597 with key contributions of 53 RBIs and 14 homers.
Carrillo, excelling as a three-sport athlete, has posted astonishing numbers, including a .775 average and 57 RBIs for the Hawks. Purcella follows closely, batting .645 with nine home runs and 55 RBIs for the Chargers.
Meanwhile, Jaramillo, a notable player on one of the top teams, has made headlines with her .575 average, including 10 home runs and significant RBIs. Padilla stands out with a state-leading 40 stolen bases and an average of .575.
Highlighting the talent pool even further, Chee boasts a remarkable .718 average with a staggering slugging percentage of 1.256, solidifying her spot among the elite.
