TURIN, Italy – Technology Reply, a member of the Reply Group and Oracle technology specialist, has been awarded the Oracle Service Expertise in Artificial Intelligence for Western Europe, reinforcing its stature as a key partner for AI initiatives on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
The certification highlights Technology Reply’s proficiency in utilizing OCI’s AI services to craft innovative solutions, including the development of pre-trained models, chatbots, and custom models while also leveraging OCI’s Generative AI capabilities with the LangChain framework. This framework is instrumental for designing, monitoring, and deploying applications that utilize Large Language Models (LLMs), including techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
One noteworthy application of these advanced AI technologies was executed for Pusterla 1880, a prominent luxury packaging firm. Technology Reply implemented a specialized system of AI agents on OCI and Oracle Database 23ai to enhance quotation management and pricing strategies. The system translates customer inquiries in natural language into structured technical information, generating precise cost estimates and pricing proposals efficiently by integrating with Pusterla’s Oracle Cloud ERP.
Another significant project was developed for Bitron, a multinational in the automotive, home appliance, and HVAC sectors. Here, an AI conversational assistant was created to aid operators in predictive diagnostics and maintenance support. Built on a centralized data platform with an Autonomous Data Warehouse, the assistant draws on Oracle’s GenAI services to analyze error codes and offer real-time troubleshooting insights.
With this new certification, Technology Reply bolsters its role as a technology partner for enterprises aiming to enhance applications, user interaction, and decision-making through AI and Oracle technologies.
